After a long wait, Waterloo’s newest grocery store and community center opened for the first time Tuesday afternoon. All-In Grocers and the Ms. Willie Mae Wright Community Center is located at 221 Franklin Street. The retailer will be the first new grocery store in the area in nearly 50 years. The 28,000 square-foot building is part of the city’s redevelopment plan for the Walnut Neighborhood. Doors opened to the public at noon on Tuesday. Â
