I’m a “sunny side up” man.

HOW YOU LIKE YOUR EGGS REVEALS SOMETHING ABOUT YOU
• Sunny-side up: You are optimistic and easygoing.
• Hard-boiled: You’re a no-nonsense type. You’re quick to form opinions.
• Soft-boiled: You’re gentle, sensitive, neat — but you’re not always easy to please.
• Scrambled: You’re agreeable and very steady. You go with the flow.
• Over easy: You are very precise. You know exactly what you want out of life.
• Poached: You are very orderly — you don’t like to see anything out of its place.
• Omelets: You enjoy taking risks.
THE ONE WORD YOU SHOULD NEVER SAY WHEN APOLOGIZING _ Apologizing is never as easy as it seems, and it hardly ends at just saying “I’m sorry.” Your body language, demeanor, and word choice all play a part in how your apology comes across — which is why you need to be extra careful in choosing the words you use. In fact, according to experts, there is one word you should never use whenever you are apologizing: but. The problem with the word “but” is that once it’s uttered mid-apology, it is the only word the listener will focus on. Even if you are sincere in saying sorry, the person you’re apologizing to will immediately get defensive when they hear this word. Not only that, the word “but” often makes you look like you’re blaming the other person.
WE SPEND FIVE YEARS OF OUR LIFE FEELING BORED _ A survey of adults find we’re bored a total of two hours a day — or about five years of our life. But boredom can be good for us. Another study shows taking time to be bored and letting yourself pause from friends, obligations, and technology is actually one of the best things you can do for your health.
WE SHOULD BE SLEEPING NUDE _ If you haven’t been sleeping in the nude, you might be missing out on some major benefits. A study about people who ditch the clothes before hitting the hay revealed they sleep better (80% nude vs. 60% clothed) and, obviously, have more sex. Most nude sleepers say they do so for the comfort, not the hanky-panky.
