4-Way Stop at Two Black Hawk County Roads

Permanent 4-Way Stop Intersection Placed North of Cedar Falls

Safety concerns have prompted the Black Hawk County Secondary Roads crews to install additional stop signs at the intersection of Cedar Wapsi Road and Waverly Road north of Cedar Falls, making it a permanent 4-way stop intersection.  Stop signs were added to the Waverly Road portion of the intersection and rumble strips were cut into the roadway as an additional alert.
