Proud to be a “square”

YOUR FAVORITE GEOMETRIC SHAPE REVEALS YOUR PERSONALITY _ A study suggests that your favorite geometric shape reveals the real you.
• Square. You’re an organized, logical and hardworking person who likes structure and rules. Sometimes you have trouble making decisions because you always want more information.
• Rectangle. You’re a courageous, exciting and inquisitive explorer who always searches for ways to grow and change. You enjoy trying things you’ve never done before and love asking questions that have never been asked.
• Triangle. You’re a born leader who’s competitive, confident and decisive. You also like recognition and are interested in politics. American business has traditionally been run by triangles, and they’re usually men.
• Circle. You’re a “people person” with lots of sympathy and consideration for others. You listen and communicate very well and are very perceptive about feelings. You like harmony and hate making unpopular decisions.
• Squiggle. You’re a creative person who’s always thinking of new ways to do things. But you don’t think in a deliberate pattern from A to B to C. Instead, you tend to jump around in your mind, going from A to M to X.
WEIRD THINGS WE THINK AFFECTS OUR INTERNET _ Slow internet is frustrating, and the average user probably assumes it’s that way because of too many devices, or some interference, or because of your location in your home or at work. But some people think slow internet is caused by… traffic? In a survey of why people think their internet or WiFi is slow, most people blame the weather, thick walls, electric appliances, or the time of day (more people using it at the same time each day). But the survey also found that some believe their internet speed is affected by a “government slowdown,” the presence of humans in the space, or traffic… the kind on our city streets and interstates.
GREAT TIPS FOR BETTER LIVING
• Make sure you put gas in your car, or it won’t run very far after you’ve bought it, and then you’ll have trouble getting to the grocery store.
• If you have a long list of things to do, make sure to do some of them sometimes.
• Cut your hair when it starts getting long or you’ll eventually have trouble wearing the hats that you enjoy.
• When cooking pasta, add water to the pot first, as dry pasta in an empty pot takes a long time to finish.
• If your phone stops working, try charging it before assuming it’s permanently broken.
