Don’t point and laugh (obviously)

THE UNWRITTEN RULES WHEN VISITING NUDE BEACH _ It’s almost beach season, and for some of you a trip to the beach means an opportunity to remove all clothing. On reddit, someone asked what the unwritten rules are when visiting a nude beach.
• Bring a towel to sit on.
• Act as you would if you had clothes on.
• It’s okay to look (decently), it is not okay to stare.
• Don’t take pictures that have or could have people in the background. Yes, it’s public and technically legal. It’s just rude.
• Don’t set your stuff up too close to other people.
• Don’t comment on appearances of others, positive or negative.
• Guys (yes, it’s always guys), don’t be the solo guy that goes to a nude beach and stays dressed while leering at people. It’s not a peep show. Either join in, or go to the regular beach.
• With very few exceptions, nude beaches are absolutely not acceptable places for sexual activity.

HOW TO BE A BAD RESTAURANT CUSTOMER _ Some ways to be a bad restaurant customer. DON’T be that person, OK?
• You ask for separate checks after you’ve finished your meal.
• You have a $50 dollar gift certificate and a hundred dollar check. The waiter deducts the gift certificate from your total and you only tip the waiter on the remaining $50.
• Before ordering you spend so much time on your phone you take up more time at the table.
• You praise the server up and down but leave them 7 percent. This is the dreaded “verbal tip”.

WHAT’S THE FASTEST YOU’VE EVER QUIT A JOB AND WHY? _ A guy shared on social media: I showed up for the first day ready to start a sales job. I’d been hired with some stubble, but not yet a full beard. I thought nothing of it. The beard was neatly kept and short. The hiring manager pulled me aside after the first hour of onboarding and said, “We have a challenge today.” Oh, boy. Already with the corporate speak. He told me that this was a clean-shaven outfit, and that I was to please return home and shave. I went home, opened a beer and sat on my porch thinking of my next move. After an hour or so, I got a text asking if I’d be back. I replied by sending a pic of the company’s ad in the local paper looking for new representatives. The person in the ad had a beard. I never went back.
