Cedar Falls & Waverly-Shell Rock volleyball teams fall in Regional Finals

Berths to the High School State Volleyball Tournament were on the line last night as Regional Finals took place in Class 5A, 4A and 3A, and a pair of area schools were looking to punch their ticket to state.

In 5A,

West Des Moines Valley ended Cedar Falls’ season, downing the Tigers three sets to none. Cedar Falls ends its season with a record of 31-9. 

In 4A,

Pella defeated Waverly-Shell Rock in four sets. The Go-Hawks finish their season with a 20-21 record,
