#1 Cedar Falls boys basketball team preparing for Friday Substate Semifinal

Class 4A’s top-ranked Cedar Falls boys basketball team is preparing for its first postseason game tomorrow night.

The Tigers — who received a first round bye — host Iowa CIty High Friday night.

Iowa City High got past Marshalltown, 51-45, in its 1st round Substate contest.

The Tigers own a perfect 20-0 record, while the Little Hawks are 8-14.
