A 18-year old was arrested in connection with a shooting in Waterloo that injured another person. Waterloo Police arrested Quatez Hill-Watson, and charged him with two counts each of intimidation with a weapon and reckless use of a firearm. The incident occurred last Tuesday near the Metro Mart on Falls Avenue. Paramedics took the 15-year old girl to an area hospital to be treated. She was not the intended target, according to police.
