An Operation Locate alert on Trisha Carnicle has been cancelled. According to a Facebook post by Capt. Jason Feaker of the Waterloo Police Department, at around 5:45PM Wednesday, 33-year old Trisha Carnicle was located safe and well by members of the WPD Patrol Division. Waterloo Police thanks those who helped in locating Trisha.
