Some random items, a programing note and the exciting question of the week!

LIFE’S LITTLE IRONIES
• Needing to pay someone to help you pay your taxes.
• That Valentine’s Day was placed in February, just in case single people who have recovered from the loneliness that Christmas and New Year’s Eve induced.
• That finding your roach traps empty only adds to your fear that they don’t work, instead of reassuring you that you don’t have roaches anymore.
• When your fear of overpacking causes you to underpack.
• Paying two bucks for a cup of soda that’s 70 percent ice.
• That the most intense laughter you have usually comes at the least appropriate time.

HOW YOU EAT YOUR SOUP SAYS SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR PERSONALITY
• With a large spoon: While you see yourself as a risk-taker, you’re really not; you dream of big adventures, but really prefer the comfort of home.
• With a small spoon: You enjoy watching things unfold around you; you like to take time to enjoy life’s pleasures; you’re afraid of risks and big changes; you like things neat and tidy, including your relationships.
• Drink it from a mug: You’re unconventional; you like to do many things all at once; you like to do easy things first, and then have huge chunks of hard work leftover.
• Drink it from a bowl: You attack life; you’re not afraid to try new and different things; you sometimes get into trouble for speaking your mind; you’re not a very neat person, but you don’t care.

Whenever I find myself getting in a bad mood, I go straight to my “Happy Place”. That would be in my basement  in my special hobby room. That is where I work on my HO scale model railroad. After a few hours of tinkering down there, my attitude is sufficiently adjusted, and I am ready to rejoin the world. Do you have a special place to go or a ritual that you do to get yourself out of a foul mood? Let me know on our Facebook page, or email me at rob@kcfiradio.com.
