Three Arrested in Waterloo Shooting Investigation

Three people have been arrested and charged in a shooting investigation in Waterloo that occurred on Wednesday night. Officers responded to a shots-fired report just before 8 PM along Mulberry near East Mullan. Officers and detectives from the Violent Apprehension Team found a residence and a vehicle struck several times by gunfire. However, no injuries were reported.  Officers stopped a suspect’s vehicle and detained several individuals, including one who fled on foot. 20-year-old Keion Buford has been charged with intimidation with a dangerous weapon. 17-year-old Rayshon Madison has been charged with minor in possession of a firearm, possession of marijuana, and ineligible persons in possession of a firearm. 15-year-old Marion Madison has been charged with intimidation with a dangerous weapon, reckless use of a firearm, minor in possession of a firearm, and interference with official acts.  Officials say that the investigation is ongoing.
