Waterloo Police are investigating a shots-fired incident that occurred early yesterday morning. The incident was reported around 8:30 AM on Logan Avenue. The victim’s vehicle was struck by gunfire three times as it was driving near Hy-Vee on Logan Avenue. No injuries were reported in the incident. The shooting remains under investigation.
