Waterloo West four-star offensive lineman Carson Nielsen has announced his commitment to Iowa.
The 6-foot-7, 275-pound Nielsen will be a junior next season for the Wahawks and is the first commitment for the Hawkeyes’ 2026 recruiting class.
Nielsen was a highly sought after recruit who had several offers from power-five schools, including; Wisconsin, Penn State and Nebraska, among others.
