Cedar Falls Police responded to a report of a severed human foot in a roadway Wednesday morning, but upon arrival, police discovered it to be part of a set of realistic-looking rubber feet. Police responded to the intersection of Hudson Rd and University Ave around 9:00AM. Officers quickly determined that the items were of a set of realistic-looking feet. The items were collected as found property and the case was subsequently closed.
